Someone is always flaming Deca!

What is the deal. Anytime someone mentions something about Deca in any type of form there is someone out there that has to say how it sucks. No one likes Deca?

This comes up a ton on this board, and others.

Some people flame deca (very rare), some prefer eq over deca, and some prefer deca over eq.

It's like ice cream. Some people like chocolate, and some like vanilla. It really comes down to what works best for YOU.

And yet, everybody loves Fina, lol.

I think a lot of guys are sensitive about when it is suggested that you use Test/Winny with Deca. Some guys like to think of it on an equal level with Test, even though it is chemically not as effecient a stand alone as Test---not even close. It is a nice choice as an aggressive AR binding AS, that can be stacked with Test and a Class II like Winny.

Raising issues like progestin effects, price, and Deca Dick are not flames, they are important considerations when using Deca.

Sure they are considerations. But many spout these sides as if they happen to EVERYONE who even looks at deca. The fact is that progestin sides aren't that common and estrogen sides are alot more prevelant. Sure you can correct it with an anti-estrogen but that's not the point. Many people who have never tried deca don't because of this talk. I think EQ pales in comparison to deca overall. Plus I would rather stay away from vet grade if I can...
