Someone Help Give me ideas for a cycle looking to get VASCULAR and STRONG!!

Dammit...I want to bomb these guys so badly.

We all recommend that you do some reading.

iw ant to go plat but dont wnat to dish out the money at the moment. And i posted this thread because ive got an idea on what i want to do but i keep changing my mind and thinking i should try some other things cant some of u just help for once instead of bombing

dude cardio and diet if u want some BF lost.. u need to give us some stats training hist etc., with that said do reading and u would have know this by now and if u would have done some more reading u would know eq,winny,var,t bol are wut most people use when cutting,although u can cut on anything this is wut most people use, after u get a few cycles under ur belt then u need to read and research clen,t3, and tren.. read around on old post,get ur diet right and do some cardio then come talk to us
 
its hard to search when ur not platanium... Ummm also ive cycle before and i know diet and cardio i was meaning the compounds and i was already thinking eq prop and winny as a cycle or maybe just prop and winny or just prop and eq i dont know
 
bro u can read any any post on here in this forum which is the AAS forum lol how is it hard when ur not platinum..im not platinum and neither are a bunch of guys on here who know a thing or two...if u want to keep from getting bombed or hit with red k then research old post that start with... cut up or cutting cycle... it would be a good place to start

try diet and cardio, always makes me lean and vascular........and lifting heavy weights has always made me stronger

My theory is, a town of 50 ppl outside of Shaboygen, Wisconsin finally got an internet connection and they all came to EliteFitness in the past month and are trying to get in touch with society. Almost like aliens making contact, with the anal probes and all.

I still need to ask for advice even after experimenting with pretty much everything. But this is borderline harassment. He's gone from bulking, to cutting, to strength and now vascularity.
 
I am just trying to get input and what people think doesnt mean im going to follow it. I know diet and cardio is key. at the gym i usually do 4 sets 10-12 reps. Umm run an hour of cardio on the treadmill or stairmaster after my workout and go jogging in the morning on an empty stomach. I usually workout 1 muscle and 6 different exercises for that muscle to target and isolate just 1 muscle a day except abs i add in every 2nd day or so. Or sometimes i may do 2 muscles a day and do 3 different exercises for that muscle. Also for diet i know what to eat etc i just dont eat it moderatly. I eat chicken,fish,turkey,lamb fruits and veggies and nuts basically just that....
 
bro if you are doing the cardio like that you should be trimming down nicely, you have big arms and are not far off from being at a decent bf. the point is you need to really accomplish these other goals before you start worrying about the cycle, i'll tell you from experience if you get the juice now and think you can hold out you are mistaken. set a goal say 12% bf, or 4 abs showing, whateva. then when you attain this goal you start your cycle. count your cals. ive seen pics of plur fellas he for sure works out, has big arms just needs to learn that aas is not what leans you out its genetics or diet

bruce, did he ever send you his pics? If so, whats the verdict?

Also, PL, did you ever go to the dr and get your bloodwork done?
 
yea bro, he did, big arms, def is lifting hard. he just needs to cut down around his torso. if he listens to us he will look good. though he is 19 he looks old enough to make this decison. he just needs to understand that aas do not cut you up. its all diet or in my case genetics.
