Ok all,

I am on the Atkins diet right now. I am 175 5'10" and right around 20% BF. I know I need to get around 1.5g protein per pound, but I am having problems getting there. I don't want to lose any muscle so I think this is important. Everything else looks good to me, but I really want more pro. Any suggestions? This is my average diet for a day.

I work out atleast 4 times a week, but they are short hard WO's. Should I alter my workouts a little? I am doing 35-45 minute hard quick workouts without much rest between sets. Should cardio be put into my workout?? I am taking about 4 Ripped Fuel everyday to keep my energy up(work nights). I just want to get around 10% BF pretty quick. I know it's going to take time, but as little time as possible without loosing muscle. I also workout close to the end of the day. About 3-4 hours before I go to bed. It's the only time available to me.
