It's the year 2001. Nigger is just another way of saying "fuck you" except it's only used towards a certain race. Just like calling someone a faggot is a way of saying "fuck you" and just like calling someone a spic is the same. Nigger, in urban America, is no longer a degredation of an entire race. Maybe in southern America it bears a different meaning just like the term "yankee" does but in the big cities nigger is just another eway of saying fuck you. Nigger does not mean what it did in 1960.

friends 15 yr old son came in a spoke that shit to him, but fair fucks to the guy he cured the kid immediately.
held the little fucker in a headlock dragged him to a cupboard where he kept some pliers and promptly told the kid he was going to rip his tongue out. kid believed him and all.
after a lot of wailing and pleading, let the little fucker go.
talks like a normal kid again now. at least in front of his dad.

thing is most english blacks r the chilldren of people from the carribbeann. their parents and grand parents speak good english, albeit with a carribbeann accent.

I have heard that, in general, their english has been deteriorating too. But it is still a far cry better than American blacks.
As far as where they're from, that doesn't matter really. American blacks have been here for generations. Look at what happens to the second and third generations of immigrants. Those kids, raised in families that have a hard time with the language, speak english pretty damn well.
People are, and always will be, judged on how they present themselves. How you speak is a HUGE part of that presentation.

I lived in the inner city of Norfolk near the ghettos & my car never got broke into once.I have been living with my parents now for the past 1 1/2 years in a neighborhood with $300,000 houses & my shit has been broken into twice already.My neighbor almost caught them & sure enuff it was some fucking Wiggers..
Atleast I get the pleasure of turning thier asses away when I work the door at a bar..Usually I can come up with some reason why they cant come in but if not I charge their ass $10 to get in.
