thanks alot for posting that pic beast! i cant believe how far off my shins are from perpendicular. wtf im pissed now, been doing them wrong this whole time
 
Looks good man, strong weight, only thing I see is and I don't know if maybe I'M doing them wrong but I don't actually "sit" on the box but I just go low enough to touch-and-go I guess you would say, to keep the tension. -Jay

theres nothing wrng with doing that..however that is not a "box squat" all that does is jsut mark your depth

a box sit is used to build your squat since it requires more force to overcome the box..sitting and pausing on the box will yield greater squat poundages rather than just touch n go
