Just some useful info i gathered while bored-

Nutrition
1 gram of carbohydates- 4 calories
1 gram of protein- 4 calories
1 gram of fat- 9 calories
1 gram of alcohol- 7 calories

Ideal ratio for adding lean mass- 50% carbs/35% protein/15% fat.

For instance, if you want to take in 3500 calories a day during a bulking cycle-
1,750 of these calories should come from carbs, divided by 4 calories to a gram...437 grams of carbs a day.
1,225 of these calories should come from protein, divided by 4 calories...307 grams of protein a day.
525 of these calories should come from fat, divided by 9 calories- 58 grans of fat a day.
