What are some of the things that will tell you guys when you are getting to your goals?
Well, I am really my worst critic so when I feel good about my progress, it must be true! I did get a really nice compliment from a lady who took a kickboxing class of mine (I'm a relatively new instructor). After the class she came up to me and said, "seriously, that was the best class I've ever taken." I've been working really hard to be a good instructor, so that made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
I saw an ex-boyfriend from high shool last year at the grocery store. He was very surprised to see me and said that I looked great. He even guessed me to be 125 lbs...which (for a chick) made my day!
