I have many sides to me maing, but no, never pulled in a marlin. I've caught a few sandsharks with bunker, but I mainly stick stripers and blues. I fish in Long Island sound...where I don't think marlins exist.

lol, long island...no I think you're right.

Oh well, I get bored with the small fish up in the lakes up hear. But atleast its some competition. Marlin sometimes take two men because you get so fucking exahausted. I caught an 87 pounder from like a hundred yards out in pretty crappy water, so like, add more weight to the tension you get an idea of those bastards. Took me 50 minutes to get him and couldnt do shit with my arms for a while.
