some questions

hi all im new here well im 22 use to work out for about 1 year straight and now im back at it again working out 4-5 days a week m-friday usally do 4 sets of 10 on a split im about 5'11 145 lean i would say been working out for about 1 month now like this i was a little curious about ANadrol50... about how much should be taken at first and if nolvadex is good to take with it ? and how much of a gain would be gained if taken properly with right eating sleeping ect... basiclly wanna know little about it from people who have done it or anything simular and side effects good or bad that they have recieved thanks.... ahh also wanted to know if there is anything better then anadrol ??? maybe less harsh on organs ect ?

I will be honest you are very thin and you are also young. I would tell you to leave Adrol alone. Try to eat more, go with a good diet, solid training and get your weight up to a natty 180. I dont think by the sounds you have enough natural training. THis is my opinion but get some Cell tech and allot of protein...
 
Quite honestly AAS isn't something that you should be considering at your age or experience level. Especially Anadrol !!

You would be better served if you used these forums to learn as much as you can about nutrition and weight training. Focus on proper diet and solid training. Give it a few years in the gym. Think in terms of long range fitness goals. If you stick with it, AAS will have it's place, just not now. Just our honest opinion
