Honestly I know very little about cardio and what type should be used when one wants to retain muscle while trying to lose fat and up the metabolism at the same time...
I did some research and MAX-OT cardio sounds good...I can't really run because of a back problem I have so the recombent bike is perfect...also the short 16 minute sessions will elimate the risk of muscle loss....
So what type of program should I follow? I want to do something 2-3 times a week
