For all thoughs wanting to know something about stats.
I really don't pay attention to how much I can lift, just how it feels. I'm about 185lbs. My diet, well it sucks. I am stuck on a base and the main thing I eat is a chicken wrap. It as chicken, alittle lettice, tomatoes, and black olives all rolled in a corn tortilla.
I eat that twice a day along with some chicken strips when I want a snack.
I've working out for about six years now. I was 145lbs when I started.
