Anyway if you want to read the toxicological profile which is a 300 page review of the most complete scientific studies on these compounds sponsered by the CDC download the profile from the website mentioned. After reading the compilation of work you can decide for yourself if its BS or not. They mention studies which show no significant correlation between cataracts and dnp, but they also present plenty of evidence of a correlation. Read it for yourself and think for yourself. You can't sum up a 300 page document in 1 paragraph. There are also citations of the primary literature if you are interested enough in reviewing it further.
