ive been doing a little research on the anabolic rebound effects-
1 case -

electron microscopy revealed striking structural abnormalities, a marked density of cristae and a large accumulation of mitochondria of highly variable size in the perinuclear zone of the muscle cells, etc

now, while i dont like the word - abnormalities - the rest sounds good to me.
 
this is good for all you big guys, as you increase muslce, mitochondrial dilution will occur, which means your endurance is going to go down....how embarassing would it be to bp 350 8 times and not be able to get 135 up past 25 times. Well anyway thats besides the point. I have been looking for more evidence of increased mitochondrial density but havent been able to find it....Still it sounds like a logical explanation for the anabolic rebound effect...Dan Duchaine also suspected the rebound might have something to do with mitochondria.

actually, he meant hyperthermia - an excess of heat not the lack thereof - "hypo"

While u were reading, did you actually see the dosing strategies that those people were using? 2 years strait!!!!! and a few got cataracts - WOW! :rolleyes:
 
I am in glycogen super recompensation stage right now. I'm looking kinda pumped. My arms are actually measuring almost one half inch larger than before when I originally began to take the shit.

Insane.
 
what was your dnp schedule like, how long before u started to expereince super compensation?
try doing something to test your muscle endurance
like if you usually incorporate pushups into your routine, try doing them now and see ifu can do more....just an exepriement
 
Not really going to tell much this time around, because I am suffering from a really bad cold right now. My last cycle was only five days @ 200mgs Crystal, because I felt ill. I began to really feel the hardness after day 2. I can attest though, after my 21 day run.. A week after, I was actually stronger than before.

It's pretty wicked. I can really feel the difference. Especially in the heads of my delts. Much wider.
 
out of curiosity what are your calories intake like on dnp--- im using eq and its fucking shit up bad, im eating at least 4,000 cals a day, dont really know what effect this has. and lots of carbs heh cookies and milk are my favorite lol
