i don't know if i am posting in the right place but i have some questions.
i want to have some muscles but not too much, then how much is enough to a girl 166cm, 54kg?
and must it be achieved under the guidance of a professional? or i can do it by myself? i just think it's an economical way.
thank you for any suggestion.

I would not get hung up on "too much muscle" - you dont just start lifting and BOING! you get massive muscles. Also what is "enough" is what your body supports and what you think looks good.

Any progress will be driven by diet first and training second. You 'don't need to hire someone to train - but can you give some background for us to work with?

Your stats - do you know your bodyfat?
What is your current diet (in detail please)
What is your training history & what resources do you have available (do you belong to a gym? home gym? what?)

Her BMI is 19.8 which means she's a bit on the slim side.

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Pilates builds long, lean muscles without adding bulk. It sounds like you are from Europe, so you could do a Google search for a Pilates studio and take some classes to build your core muscles. EDIT
