Hey been using 100mg suspension and 75mg fina a day both LFC.
done 30-35 days now. Started at 230 with 16ish BF .
Still at 230 but have lost 2 1/2 inches on my waist. I do very little else than lift and fuck.
My eating is that of a bulking diet and not clean at all. 4000 cals MIN lots of "GOOD" foods. 450-500 protein the rest fat/carbs
STRENGTH IS WICKED!!! I do mainly compound movements and ALL lifts are up 25-50+pds
I have just added 800mg test enth LFC last week and will run it for another 30 or so days with 100mg suspension ED, 37.5mg fina ED (both LFC) and 50-100mg abombs ED (spectro.)
The enth I was gonna use to "cruise" at the end of my cycle but I figured Id do a frontload thing cept the frontload is for 5 weeks LMAO
anyway I hope to hit 250pds with these new additions and alot more food.
