I've been bulking for about 2 years and I've cleaned my diet up over the past few months and now I'm ready to get serious. Over the past five years I went from 169lbs to 225lbs and I'm 6' 4".
My questions is how much of diet should be from fat and how much from protien? I was thinking a 70/30 split with one cup of oatmeal after my workout for my only carbs each day. I currently workout 4 out of 7 days with 20 minutes of cardio after my workout. How many days can you stay in ketosis without any problems? When should I use the first test strip to test my self?
