Some help with DNP and apetite control PLEASE!

Hallo brothers, I dont post due to connection speed probs (I live in Greece currently)

I am 29 years old 200 lbs at 6 feet and 10% bdfat.

Since november 2002 I started a 9 month low dose cycle including

test enanth 500mg/w
boldenone 400mg/week
gh 2iu ed (1st 6 weeks)
slin 6-8 iu log (before workouts)
I continued with 7 weeks tren 75 eod + 125 test enanthate eood + 1/2 tab dostinex /week
now I want to cut 3 weeks with DNP NYC and tren 75 eod
then I will do the following
week x gh 4iu/day slin 8ius preworkout (h-log) test 750/w femara 200 deca 200 eq droll 50 mg/week tren 75 eod +dostinex
week x+1 same but droll at 100mg/day
weeks x+2----x+10 test 250 tren 75 eod eq 200 deca 200
then I will continue tren 75 eod + 20 mg var/day for 6 weeks
and then 6 weeks primobolan tabs 100 mg/day

I aim at 220 lbs at 7-8% bodyfat

I have previously done 4 short dnp cycles with limited results because of uncontrollable apetite. Now I want to cut for 3 weeks with dnp at 400 200 200 200 200 200 200 etc. + NYC
I am debating about droping all AS (tren) for the 3 DNP weeks hoping for a decrease in apetite.
So , my prob is about decreasing apetite, NYC doesnt do much (I might rotate with EC) 5-HTP doesnt do much either , I cannot tolerate clen , and I recently used 1/4 tab 2.5mg bromo and felt very weird..
So, what would you suggest? to drop the tren for the 3 weeks? would that solve the prob?
 
i like to rotate NYC and EC every 2 wks while on DNP.

for me, the NYC helps to get rid of the stubborn areas of fat, but the EC definitly seems to blunt my hunger more.
 
yohimburn DF is quite good for fat loss and appetite suppression stacks with the the NYC/EC and DNP stack...

for appetite suppression bromo is good.. as well as other dopaminergics.. LOW LOW dose of bromo 1/4 of 2.5mg tab ED or EOD (if EOD works then EOD.. more is not better)

ripper (or anyone else) what dosage schedule do you prefer?

I did 400 400 and prob plan to continue with 200

doing around 750 cals per day (65 prot 35 carbs 0 fat) along with 4-5 NYC caps

I can't contradict this... I stacked ECA with NYC last summer... had the best DNP cycle of my life.

I'm not sure how much additional b/f I lost because of NYC or ECA... but it made appetite suppression much easier and definitely helped with energy. I did a cycle recently without ECA or NYC... and it kicked my ass - till I added the ephedrine. (I would have added NYC... but I didn't have any.)

And the carb cravings without NYC or ECA were monster.

DNP isn't just a pesticide for losing bodyfat - it's a test of your will power. Many guys take DNP and get sh-tty results because they cannot control the carb cravings and out eat the drug. (It only takes half a bagel to negate the effects of three times a day ECA... not sure the exact calories to negate DNP.)

Well, you learn something new every day.

Given your other statements, and my weakness for cravings :), I can understand how ECA would help with that vs. the small additional metabolic boost I was considering.

Very simple to explain... there are a large number of drugs that up your bodies ability to burn off body fat... ECA is one... DNP is a much stronger one.

A researcher looked at the different b/f loss metabolism enhancers a while ago... ranging from ECA to T3. He calculated how many extra calories the drugs amped your metabolism... and how many extra calories you had to eat before the drug was worthless.

You can take all the ECA and T3 you want and still gain bodyfat if you are choking down chocolate cake and ice cream. ECA only burns off the additional equivalent of an extra half bagel. Eat a whole bagel more then you normally do... and you've rendered the ECA stack useless.

The same is true with DNP. I ran a self test a while ago for 32 days... raising the amounts of DNP... to see how much I had to eat to make DNP useless. I was pretty easily able to establish that I could take the normal dose range for most guys and not lose ANY bodyfat simply by eating extra cake and pizza.

Hence, if you want to use DNP or ECA or any other metabolism enhancer - you have to focus on a clean diet. The drugs can HELP you lose b/f... but they won't do it for you.
 
I lost 8lbs = 4kg in 2 days !

400 dnp sunday afternoon-night
400 dnp monday 700 cals
400 dnp tuesday 1200 cals (I didnt get any NYC in the afternoon (to be able to sleep at night ) & the carb cravings hit me hard..)

(+ 75 tren eod)
 
I have done a couple dnp cycles before but could not manage the cravings.. never combined with EC or NYC, I think this time this will make the difference..

I might up the NYC to 5-6 caps so I can definately stick to 750 nonfat cals and I will update daily
