i am 21, i have been wanting to do this for the past 3 years, the main reason now, is do to my bike accident, i had a real nice base, right before it, i was 200 pounds, now im at 135, and yes i do have a pct, i am just wanting to be pointed in the right direction, and not waste my money on shit i wont need right away. before the accident i was hitting the gym 4 times aweek, do to my work, i could not get in there as much as i woul have liked
i am not asking if or when i should do this, i just want to know what is going to be the best, for my first cycle.
