Some help please on first cycle

like it says, what would be the best gear i should use for a fitrst cycle???
how many weeks should i stay on it??? how should i change my eating habits???
 
you can def find this info all over the site...

500 mgs of test enth. a week with 5-10 mg of nolva a day
clomid and nolva pct
eat like a mofo
train like a mfo
and find urself a biotch cause ur gunna wanna fukc like a mofo

You will first off want to really do a lot of reading and learning. Using gear is not something you do on a whim. How long have you been working out, what are your stats, and what goals are you wanting to reach with using gear?

You need to have a base of a few years of eating right, working out etc so you have a good solid foundation to grow on. Until you have done these and also reached at LEAST age 21 if not mid twenties, you should not use any gear.
 
you shouldn't have to ask that question. do you have your pct planned? make sure you get everything before hand. what r your stats and age and workout history
 
i am 21, i have been wanting to do this for the past 3 years, the main reason now, is do to my bike accident, i had a real nice base, right before it, i was 200 pounds, now im at 135, and yes i do have a pct, i am just wanting to be pointed in the right direction, and not waste my money on shit i wont need right away. before the accident i was hitting the gym 4 times aweek, do to my work, i could not get in there as much as i woul have liked

i am not asking if or when i should do this, i just want to know what is going to be the best, for my first cycle.
 
you should be at least 24 and build your base naturally before you hope on aas, its just a waste to use them to make up for lost muscle. whatever. run test enth. at 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks. keep some adex and nolva to prevent gyno

Build your base back up naturally before you touch AS. Muscle memory is a great thing and it should not take you to long to get back up there if you used to be 200lbs. People will tell you that your to young but at 21 your old enough to make your own choices, just make sure your educated before you go sticking yourself. Once you have built your base back up, I think a Test only cycle will serve you well. 500mg/week of Enanthate or Cyp for 10 weeks with Nolva on hand and Clomid for PCT will be perfect. e-mail or PM me with any questions
