some good sites explaining diet?

I work out upper body and have a muscle injury lower body so I want to eat right both to gain strength and to heal. What do you recommend, any good sites I can read?

I'm in the exact same situation.

I can't do any leg movements and am restricted to pure upper body work. Consequently, I'm doing two hard workouts per week - one pushing (bench, military press, small amount of tricep and anterior delt work) and one pulling (pull/chin-ups, rows, bicep and medial/postieror delt work). My recovery from these workouts isn't good enough to do them more than once a week each.

I'm in two minds as to how I should be eating:

At the moment, if I wasn't injured, I'd be looking to bulk up. However, since I can only work half of my body I think this is a waste. My legs are going to be losing strength and size regardless of how I eat. Consequently, I'm going to be cutting instead. But the problem with this is that I fear my legs will lose too much strength and size. However, I don't want to do a maintenance diet - what's the point, I don't want to maintain where I'm at - I want progress!

Any ideas? :)
