This is not a serious matter.. unless you let it become one. Remember.. a doctor is a human like you. You can fix this yourself. It is like being afraid to do your own mechanic work.
Basically it is just a big zit.. you cut it open squeeze it out and splash some peroxide on there.... sew it up (if it is big) or bandage it... and keep it clean.
I have had a bunch of these from riding and crashing dirtbikes in the woods... trust me it is cheaper to perform this surgery on yourself.
