It's to have social interaction with other people to improve your communication skills.

You're funny, you won't dance with a girl because it might be confused with

lusting over a girl, which is looked down upon in Christianity

You need to get out there and socialize, learn to communicate, talk to people, get some interests, see some sights and perhaps then you will have enough to talk about to a girl that you will be viewed as interesting to be with instead of well, how you are currently coming across.
