i am sorry Mods for violating the forum rules in my past post,didnt realy knew that some rules changed from the past, i hope this post doesnt get closed too, and as a correction i didnt begin my training yet but doesnt mean that i never did , i trained for 4 years in a serious way in the past.
firstly i am sorry for my bad English and hope you understand me
i have been a membar here for about 1-2 years,but just lurking ,and using search function so i dont disturbe you guys for stupid questions.
i quit training 1 year ago because got tired of not finding legit gear and honestly i amnt a fan of natural training
i am 22 years old , 5'7,5 height , and around 180 pounds , BF% was 11 but now its 20 % i think not sure .
anyway i gained fat apparently , and i am wondering if i have Gyno , i never had an issue before, done 4 cycles of gear , with at least 1 cycle that contained REAL legit gear , and never had an issue with Gyno and did PCT very correctly
but now after i quit when i look in mirror i dont know if its smallllll small gyno or just some fat because my BF got up , you think its possible that i get GYNO after PCT and quitting gym and gear? because theoritcly its kindof impossible .
anyway i am kindof hardcore type , if i juice,i juice, i dont stay and wonder of side effects or health and these stuff, because thats the point of juicing, is that you must sacrifice , there are few rules ofcourse, but i like to do hardcore cycles ,and actually see results
i am thinking to go back to the GYM and training after i learned alot about HOMEBREWING gear, so just my second question: is powder (gear) fake chances are that big as those of ampules and ready to use gear?
i will however lower my BF levels at the lowest possible before starting the cycle
my cycle of comeback i think would be Lr3IGF1 - MGF - test e - deca - boldenon - dbol - - and whatever you think would add nicely.
it would be about 12-14 weeks minimum with doses like this
dbol (8 weeks) daily 50 mg
boldenon weekly 500 mg
deca weekly 500mg
test e weekly 750-1000mg
MGF + IGF 50-80 mcg daily (4 weeks on-4 weeks off)
PCT would be like HCG 5000 Iu a week (divided in 3 doses) for 3 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg a day for 3 weeks
Clomid 150mg a day first week of PCT,,,then taper off to 100mg second week,to 50mg third week
Femara(letrozole) or airmidex will be in hand in case i feel gyno effects, but i never suffered it during cycle but i will have it in case i feel something,and it would be better for the NOR-19 of too much nandrolone and boldenon,so it would be better than Nolvadex
then a pause of one month in which IGF or GH will be used as bridge and maybe something to lower BF depends on fat levels , and then back on the gear.
as a diet its not a problem as i have a personal chef/cook and i dont get lazy to eat , i support more like a high calorie high protein diet rather than clean clean diet with low fats ,during BULKing season , as i know one IFBB pro who doesnt eat clean at all during offseason ...
so diet MINIMUM is like this :
Total Calories : 4700-5000
total fat : 140 gram from which 30 gram are saturated
Carbs : 380 grams
Protein : 500 grams
divided on 6-7 meals
this is what diet would look like on lazy days when im busy, but it can go upto 6000-7000 calories if you guys think its better .
as overall what you guys think ? if you advice me to throw in another substance or something ? what about diet?too weak ?
i actually asked the "pro" that i knew and all he could say is HGH is the priority ,and at a dose no less than 10 iu or preferably 16 iu

+ 1,5 gram of test+ other stuff , but i think am too young to get 16 iu HGH but this is also a question i like to ask you guys : does HGH has a feedback response like the androgens?? if it doesnt have a feedback , then if my body is young and produces X amount of GH daily,if i take also another 10 iu HGH , it wud be 10 iu HGH + X amound naturally made ,so afterall HGH would be good also for young guys?
so to sum it up :
1-its possible i have very small type of gyno even if it occured after long time of quitting gear and gym or its just fat level up ?
2-chances of getting fake powder gear are as big as the chances of getting fake ready2use gear?
3-what you think of my cycle and comeback and diet? ok or what is weak there?
4-the HGH at young age? has feedback responce and what you think about my theory
