The pursuit of getting huge is more noble to me because it's about transcending limits and seeing how far you can take yourself. Sure, girls may like a nice slender fellow with abs but who cares... i give mad respect for the people that do what they do for themselves, not because of what other people may say/think.

I've wanted to see Sofa's pics for a long time... he's said some things that have given me a very distinct mental picture of what he may look like.

Bro, you missed my notation. Muggs is my cyber stalker. He got banned months ago and comes back under one handle after another. He has a obsessive disorder. He really can't overly help his behavior. The Mods ban his new handles as soon as he makes them.

You also make the comment "even if he was still in the same shape he was in those pics now." Bro, I'm not sure what you thought looking at one pic of me fully clothed... but I considered myself in incredible shape in those photos. I was the only guy that day who was willing to flex for the camera. I worked very hard to get down in size so I would be that jacked. I posted about this heavily last summer... and my reasons for wanting to take my size down instead of up.

I'm at 240lbs now... and waltzing towards 250lbs. I don't remotely think I look better carrying this extra muscle. Being big doesn't compare to being cut.

This is a concept that seems to be lost in modern bodybuilding where everyone wants to be a mass monster. I would much rather look like Frank Zane than Dorian Yates any day of the week.

I've also seen a pattern. When I was holding between 210-215lbs and I would walk to the gym without a shirt on... people would pull their cars over to tell me how great I looked. Since I tipped past the 220lbs mark and started walking up to 240lbs... I don't get the same kind of response.

In real world asthetics - size loses to quality every time.

If you are trying to look like Zane then why in hell are you weighing 240-250lbs. Zane never was near those numbers, I believe his weight ranged from 180-200lbs. Zane achieved his look through a balanced approach of lifting, cardio, diet, and MODERATE doses of gear.

Cyber Stalker huh?/ maybe bullshit detecter, dude your so damn into yourself you need to just take a dose of reality and realize you aint that jacked. These pics will be posted on another board and all will know the truth!!!!!!!

I've taken the mass up so that I can lean out at a higher level. I also wanted to try an experiment... lifters in days of old went UP in weight not down pre show. I wanted to see if I could recreate that going up in weight while maintaining lean mass and the cut look.

I feel "cut enough" right now at 240lbs... but not nearly what I was at 220lbs. I'll be bringing my size seriously down again at the end of summer.

The Mods already ran your IP. You aren't my old cyber stalker. You are just some other asswipe. :)

However, Zane was around 5'9" so 180-200lbs might equate to a higher bodyweight for you depending upon height. Zane is the man and I would take his build anyday over these bloated freaks. Does anyone know what his cardio regimen consisted of?
