Sorry for the long post but I got questions???
Stats:
36yo 5’10’’ 220pound(now) 10 to 12%bf Easy gainer.(don’t hate me)
Old school training for years! Days 3 on 1 off or 2 on 1 off. 4 day routine.
Diet 100% on the spot 6 to 8 whole food meals 300+ gms protein and sups. 1gal h20 ed.
Curently doing zero cardio and sleeping 8 to 10 hour per night.
My cycle (yep 6 weeks)
250mg Sustanon wk 1 and testE 200mg wk for weeks 2 - 6
D-bol 25mg ed wk 1-2
anavar 30mg ed wk 3-4-5-6
I planned on running proviron 25mg ed for 1 week starting on week 7. I am new to proviron so not sure how my body will react???
Question 1... I have clomid on hand not sure if I should consider using it at all because of the short cycle and low mgs, plus running proviron 1 week. Maybe just run some Dermacrine Sustain???
Question 2... I was going to order some fermera today to keep on hand and was wondering any other things I should keep on hand for this type of low mg short cycle?(I know I should of had this on hand already. My Bad.)
Question 3… I am into week 2 of cycle and feel super strong, up 13 pounds, and have changed physically a lot in 2 weeks, I’m kind of freaking out cuz the physical change has been huge. 100% of the people that know me have made comments. So my question is should I continue with the dbol or should I stick to my plan and do 30mg ed of anavar for the last 4 weeks of my cycle?(Note I am also new to anavar)
I am using a Human Grade Russia Methandienone, I was 207 two weeks ago and 220 today. I don’t look like the doe boy, I look bigger and my arms/chest look more vascular. To complicate matters even more I changed my entire workout 2 weeks before my cycle. I am doing some of Nelsons chest, arm, and leg routines from one of his ebooks also I am doing the Fascial stretching technique (fucking good shit! Thank Arnold for that one!!!!) PLUS I am traing harder than I ever have in my life! So I am thinking some of this 13 pound gain should be from the extreme change in my workout????
Along with all these changes my body was gear free(outside of a little past test use) so I think I’m hitting on all cylinders and then some. I don’t want to say it is all “water” cuz I understand and know what that looks like on the other hand I need to be realistic. I am simply confused off my ass on these 2 week gains, not 100% on my final p.ct, on hand just incase gear, and should I stick to my plan or should I stay on the dbol longer???
Need some good advice bros!
