This guy said he's sent my money back but I'm doubtful until I SEE IT! This is the same guy that told me he'd sell me the GH, lied about supplies, ref's, cheated MANY guys, led me on various other things... He had the audacity to tell me that he "sent my stuff but it was returned." Then when pressed for a tracking number he couldn't produce.

What if it was just a misunderstanding and your post had remained? You would have completely ruined a guys rep unrecoverably for nothing other than your own impatience.
