Sodium While Cutting

I am currently going through a cutting phase and I love to eat salt on my chicken. How much can the extra salt affect my diet and the weight I lose? I know it will make me retain water, but won't my body burn this water off anyways??

It won't really effect fat loss. Its just the extra water weight it will make you carry. You could diet all you want keeping sodium lvls high, thne when you really want to see what you have done leto go of the sodium.

The main reason people refrain from sodium during a diet is, that they badly want to see improvements in there physique, improvements which are often overshadowed and hidden my excess water weight.
