Some are fun others are boring, really depends on the instructor.

Sociology is the most interesting and enriching of the social sciences.

Most of the basic classes are at least somewhat interesting as long as you have an open mind.

mine was real fun. Very interesting. But then again my teacher was only 26 and she was cool, plus she always hit on me, on top of that every body always talked aboot my muscles, and they said I was cute, They all said they liked my hair and my shoes.

it was also very cool to learn aboot different people

We had this one ugly foriegn chick in my class and she always asked us why Americans are so sheltered when it comes to exsposing thier bodies(ie nude commercials, tv shows, nude beaches), I wanted to say becasue we dont want to see people like you, you ugly ass troll.

I think she was missing a tooth as well

At the University of Texas Sociology 101 should have been renamed Secular Humanism 101. I still enjoyed the class however.

It's like psychology, but not as interesting....IMO

i agree, very interesting course. the lower level courses are more interesting, because they are more general and touch on some psychology.
