Anyone know what to do with a social retard?

Theres this guy i work with. He seems to think he can go around telling people what to do because hes the bossses little bitch, literally. He hired this guy so he can have someone do his bitch work and so he can tell someone what to do. ITs really obvious.

But hes given no respect at work or anywhere else because he cant be taken seriously since hes about 120 pounds and eats salads like steaks.

He cant carry a conversation for the life of him and when something does come out of his little mouth its awkward because hes a social retard. His jokes are lame and stories are as immature as a kindergarden.

One of thos people who think theyre on the same planet as everyone else except theyre NOT.

What do you do when this little prissy retard gets rude with you and you want to punch a hole through his face. It will just take milliseconds before the guy drops to the floor except you cant because YOU need him and HE needs you in order for your job to work.
