A buddy of mine who's a soccerplayer wants to put some muscle (I know this is not easy) to his frame....I set him up with a workoutschedule and a diet...the thing is he has soccertraining 3 x a week and a game on sunday. I set him up for 3 workout days in the gym...my question is should he work out on the days he also has soccertraining so the day after he has a complete rest day or should he workout on the days he doesn't has soccertraining so the workouts and soccertraining are spread over te week?
