So, when do you know your sust is kicking in?

Ive inly been on 2 weeks at 500Mg a week, and taking Dbol for 1st 4 weeks. I know sust taked about 4 weeks to kick in, but how do you know it has kicked in? DO you get an instant growth and strength increase? People say 4 weeks, but is there a magical day you wake up and BOOM, your stronger and bigger? It is kind of weird everyone says 4 weeks. Just wondering! Some say 2-3 weeks, some say 6.
 
Everyone is different. 4 weeks is a good average for most people. Strength increase and putting on muscle is still a gradual thing. You won't wake up one morning and look and feel like Arnold. You'll know in another week or 2 when you can get 2 or 3 more reps on most lifts.
 
It's funny you asked that because it is Kinda like one day you just notice. I think what it is is that right after that 7th and 8th shot it's in your system real well and the test of the 4 different kinds that take 3-4 weeks to be really active sycronize with all the others and you get that sudden boost. hence the 4th week. When i did my 8 week cycle, 2 a week, On the paticular thursday after my 8th shot on late tuesday night, I looked like I gained 10lbs in 36 hrs. Of course that was not the case but it became very noticable. I'm sure one of the more knowledgeable users can explain it better, but I hope this helps.
 
Yes, you wake up on day 28 (business days, not including weekends mind you) and you get instant strength gains and increase in size. Typically this occurs at around 6am CST... :rolleyes:

Sorry Videoman, but this is the second post I've read in the last few minutes that asked the same type of question... Patience.... The thing to focus on is your training, your diet and getting enough sleep. The gear will take care of itself. The reason you hear varied opinions is that AS reacts with everyones body differently. I have friends who bloat like a MF off of Primo and other friends that love it. Everyone reacts differently...

So instead of waiting for the "magical day", just stay consistant with your routine. You may not even notice the changes from week to week. Do a body comp analysis or take a picture and compare it to one you take/have done at the end of your cycle.
 
I know there is no "day" - I just didnt understand why everyone say 4 weeks and youll notice it! BTW, I eat clean, 3500 clas a day, 230 grams protien a day, sleep 8-10 hours a night. Im small and lean at 5'10 - 162lbs, 8.5% bodyfat.

Btw, I'm assuming you're bulking... If this is the case, your calories need to be higher (@ 4000/day) and you need to take in about another 90g of Protien/day... At 8.5% bf, you should be pretty solid at the end of this cycle....
