So what would you consider good for higher proteinsynthese(more than AAS)?

If we leave steroids for a while and concentrate on what to eat/take or whatever for the body to bump the proteinsintese? Ginger root, this helps with stomach pains and some say it even increases protein synthese. Is there anything else ou know that would work like this.

I also know some BB using T3 in low doses to increase the proteinsynthese. Anything else..?

I think you mean protein synthesis. I have read places that sometimes forcing your body to adapt can increase that. An example is how when you first start drinking protein shakes normally one over 40 g will upset your stomach, but after a while you can drink bigger and bigger shakes without any discomfort. Your body has to be becoming more effecient at processing them then, even though you might not absorb all of it, I am sure that your absorbing more than you were origninally. I think the only sure fire way to increase your protein synthesis would be AAS though(ginger root just deals with enzymes and makes digestion more comfortable).

Ginger Root does nothing in regard to increasing protein synthesis. Anabolic/Androgenic Steroids are the only substances that effectively increase protein synthesis!

I wish there was a natural supplement that would help, but there isn't!

ok, talked to a med. student and he told me T3 increases it. That is why many use it while bulking(and also to hold fat away) at a low dose. I then red the medicine litterature he had and It seemed to be true.

From Naturbase:

Siberian Ginseng
Actions: Adaptogen, ANABOLIC AGENT, anti-aging......

Muira Puama
Actions: ANABOLIC AGENT........

Anabolic agent : An agent that promotes anabolism or tissue growth.

Never tried, but even if it´s true, it would be on a long term basis.

T3 increases both protein synthesis(anabolism) and protein turnover(catabolism).

It essentially works through proteolytic pathways.

T3 gives you the ability to process more fats, carbs and proteins.

One problem though,

If taken alone, your body will use proteins(amino-acids) at an accelerated rate. Your body cannot simply raise its own anabolic environment(protein synthesis) to counter-act this.

Result: You lose muscle mass.

Now, lets add AAS.

The AAS curb the catabolic portion of the thyroxines(T3's)
effects and also increase protein synthesis.

Result: You have achieved a higher anabolic environment than AAS alone by increasing your metabolism of proteins(protein turnover).

As a bonus, you have also increased fat-burning.(Remember that
thyroid hormones increase the processing of FATS, carbs and proteins)
