So, what should I do now?

Ok I just hurt my back pretty back yesterday and doubt I'll be able to do lower body lifts for quite a while, and I'll spend a few more days mostly reasting b4 I try to do upper body work. I'm at the end of a test/tren cycle 8 weeks of it was bulking, and then I dropped my test dose in half (to 375mg) and bumped my tren up to 75mg ED (from 50mg) and started my DNP at ~320mg ED @ caps (10gm/59 caps plus loses) with 12.5mg oof cynomel and NYC twice a day with a low carb diet (less than 75gm) and cardio too. This is my 6th day of this little cutting bit, I was planning on running the DNP 7-10 days, and will for probably do at least 8. But what should I do with my tren dose with my back like this? I don't want to come off DNP and AAS and start my Clomid while injured, that would be disaster I think. So I was thinking of taking my tren @ 75mg every 32 hours, to help make it last till I start working out again, it looks like I have 7-9cc left maybe. What would ya'll suggest I do? I'm worried about not being able to work out hard when I come off and losing muscle, but also the rebound after the DNP.

I think you should save your juice for when you recover. You will be surprised at how your lower back injury will effect all of your other workouts. If you lift at all, you should go very light and only try to maintain your current muscles. The last thing you want to do is constantly aggravate your injury and prevent it from fully healing by continuing to work out with heavy weights. Good luck to you.

Yea, dont push yourself hard at all. Then it will just end up taking longer to heal. As for the gear, I would come off and save it for when your healthy. Keep up with your usual diet and do whatever low impact sort of things(swimming, some machines, etc.) you can to help maintain your muscle until your back heals.

I hurt my lower back last week also...but luckily, I was at the end of my cycle anyways. Trust me, bro, you won't be able to work out worth a damn with a really bad back. It affects everything...any upper body lift you can think of will require your back muscles to tense in order to stablilze your torso...and that will cause pain. I forced myself through my chest and biceps days before I realized that it was a lost cause, and then decided to take a week off. It's just not worth those electric pains shooting throughout your back and down your legs. Luckily, I have some Demerol left over from my knee operation, or else I wouldn't be able to get to sleep at night.

Umm thanks, but what I mean is how should I come off w/o crashing? Just stop my tren in a week or so as planned and my DNP in 2-3 days as planned?

the DNP is just going to make your injury worse. Your body is going to be too busy looking for energy to live, you think its main concern is to heal?
I made the same mistake when i messed up my shoulder. Went through several DNP runs and my shoulder was not getting any better. Stopped the DNP, went to an A.R.T practitioner and my shoulder is 80% healed after only a month of cessation.
