You know... people who think that owning a great car "makes" them are really pathetic. Just like that kid at the red light besides me yesterday.

Although my Benz cost a meager 40K at least I paid cash for it. I am sure I can get 40K back for it as I bought it in May.
My house is appraised at a hair over 400K. Even though I paid 180K for it two years ago and put 30K worth of upgrades in it.
My rental property aint doing so good, only worth 230K when I paid 170K for it 2.5 years ago.

So if you add up my profit thus far...

190K house
60K Rental property
40K Benz

I only end up with a measley 290K. Now if I moved back in with Mom and Pop, just imagine what I could be driving.......


Thank god my life is not so sad and bleak that I have to rely on a car to "make a man" outta me.
