So uh, just found out I'm 5 weeks into being a dad.

you don't need to put on bodyfat perse to carry a child to term. . .shit. . .my little 105lb wife carried twins to term. . .they were 6.8lbs and 7.2lbs when they were born. . .she only gained a few pounds (besides the babies) in the process. . .she was like 110lb after they were born, and a few weeks later she was back down around 105lb. . .

my wife is 5'6" and only weighs 1-0-friggin-5. . .i don't know what her body fat is but i'd say it's pretty dang low. . .probably in the low-low teens. . .
