Apple ONLY EAT FRUIT IF YOU HAVE PROTIEN WITH IT. BETTER SNACKS ARE NUTS AND COTTAGE CHEESE
Turkey on a whole wheat wrap w/ lettuce and organic mustard GOOD. USE REAL TURKEY. NOT PROCESSED. (NO SHIT FROM A BOX OR BAG)

Chicken with brown rice and mixed veggies and some organic shiitake sauce GOOD
Protein shake PWO (2 scoops VP2 and dextrose) GOOD70 CARBS 40 PRO
2 scoops of ANPB before bed CHANGE TO SERVING OF COTTAGE CHEESE
