Silent Method

So this dude in class today pulls something stupid during class. We were doing a movement activity and I accidentally bumped, very lightly, into him while I was moving backwards.
Dude gave me the gangsta-thug-shoulder-fling-fade-away! No big scene and not something the class picked up on. This chode is very much an Abercrombie and Finch style wannabe bad ass and I guess his wannabe boundry was broken when I slightly touched him. Sadly, due to the activity as well as my respect for the teacher and class, I was not in a position to say anything.
Now, I am a very calm person by nature. I'm also a respectful person by nature, and I expect the same in return. I'm not a fan of blind violence, but I do believe in old fashioned, man-to-man, step outside, character building.
If something like this it happens again from the same guy, and it is decidedly purposeful and disrespectful, I am going to challenge the dude. The thing is, I will not risk getting screwed over by the university. I'm also not going to pull a "meet me behind the play ground at 3:00" thing, nor go out on the town looking for a fight.
Perhaps if need be I can prepare the correct statement(s), innocent enough to the ears of the class, but direct enough to draw his attack?
Ahh, I'm just fantasizing here. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good fight. BTW, the dude's pretty good size, got an athletic look - all the more fun for me and impressive for others if given the opportunity exercise my sheer domination whilst temporarily reducing his motor capabilities to that of a rag.

Yeah, the thing is if he does it again I know I can make him piss his pants without laying a hand on or threatening him. It'd be more fun, though, if our politically castrated institutions didn't implement their "zero-tolerance" bullshit.
