I think she should be charged with criminal charges for sure. Think of all the money the police and FBI wasted on the search. If a guy did this he would probably be in jail right now. Send a message out there that lying about a kidnap will not be tolerated. Throw her ass in jail for a few weeks. The taxpayers ultimately pay for the searches that went on for her. She is messed up in the head and she needs to be dealt with properly and not with a slap on the wrist.

This was the most obvious scenario to me. It will be very interesting when all of this comes out. When watching the news, it's very obvious that the people speaking on the families behalf are trying to deflect and diffuse this situation. I'm sure it will come out that there's another guy involved....there always is.
