So Sick!!

Ive been working out for around 4 years now. Eating clean 6 meals a day 200 grams of protien, working out properly but not really gaining. I'm on hte tail end of a sust cycle week 9 with 500 mg a week. Basically no gains at all. Went on forums and posted pictures brand is legit because friends are taking it with results. I am 6-2 215 and sick of not changing, i can only seem to lose weight not gain much muscle. Any sugestions on anything.

Nutrition. Eat those apples and bannanas.
Training. Especially when on gear, you must push yourself to new levels and know that the gear is giving you the capability to reach those levels
 
if the diet and training is spot on then just up the dose.. try 750 for a while
 
i cant imagine you not noticing anything...are you getting any sides from the sust? sore nips..night sweats..anything???

When "on" protein should equal at least 1.5x body weight. Even simpler just eat more, why worry about clean or non clean when you seem to drop weight so quickly. Just eat, screw the clean shit do you know how much you have to eat to get 3500 calories a day. Too much for most unless you do this for work.
 
Here's what happened to me on my first cycle.
I started my cycle at a certain calorie intake.
Around wk 6 my weight had stalled. I couldn't figure out why.
What had happened was that my weight had gone up a good bit being that it was my first cycle, but I had never increased my cals to compensate.
In other words the caloric intake that got me to that point wasn't going to get me any further. Increased cals and started gaining again.
 
Well, yes, the diet must be looked at, but I also think that Sust sucks as a viable steroid, but that is my opinion. You should be getting something, no doubt. Eat like your life depends on it. This is where 98% fail, is the eating department. Training is not that hard and neither is shooting oil into your body or swallowing some pills but by god it is a bitch getting the cals and macros we need.

By the way Mac173, I tried your oatmeal blended up this morning. Pretty good. I used milk, 3 packets of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal, 6 eggs and ice cubes and it is gooooood.

mac173, do you (or any other guys reading this) use weightgain powers to supplement your caloric intake? or just eat a lot of food? some folks just dont have time to eat a lot....??? any advice?
 
yeah you want 300g of protein

And you need to work out like a freaking animal

train to beyond failure!!! then after you fail go back and try again!! you need to shock your muscles u need to ear and destroy them for them to rebuild

and change your routine 100%

diff days, diff lifts, different types of excersises etc
 
your training might need some tweaking

Are you familar with the basics, diet, rest, training, etc........................

How old are you,



You can try increasing your clean calories to 4000 per day

I do not use any weight gain powders.
I try to relay on as much whole food as possible, but for as shitty as my appetite is I do have to include some shakes into my diet.
I try to find meals that are not too filling and pack some cals.
Here's one that I just came up w/ and will start eating probably 2x/day
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2oz mixed nuts peanuts and cashews
16 oz skim milk
1 cup oats

This will yeild 720 cals w/ over 50g protein and 84g of carbs.
When I make shakes I don't use just whey and water.
It will be mostly skim milk, eggs, and ANPB w/ some whey or casein mixed in for flavoring.
There's alot of things you can do w/ your diet, just try to be creative and mix things up. It can be hard and boring sometimes but find something that works for you.
