So much protein, so little time...

how would a person get 200 grams of protein a day? Personally I work a regular job with one lunch break, approx 9-5 and usually go to the gym from about 8-10pm...where do I throw in so much protein? and what is an economical way to do this? (I'm far from rich)
 
i work shift work. i'm on call and have 2 hour notice to be gone anywhere between 4 hours and 2-3 days! i have no access to cooking facilities. we have a fridge to store food and that's about it.
i bought protein powder to help get my count up. i still don't how to get it in the 200-300 range.
 
dry protein powder in a shaker just add water and gulp.
