Been doin the DC thing for a few months, and after I'm done this layoff this week, I think I'm gonna play with the Old School program for a little bit.
DC rocks man. I didn't really like the long negatives all the time though. So, I switched it up a little bit, and used heavier weights. Rest pause sets are brutal. Strength was always on the rise. Bodyweight has gone up. I loved it. C, give it a try for a month. I guarantee you'll like it. You seem to enjoy punishing the hell out of yourself at the gym.
