So I spent 2 weeks in the US

OMG, have things changed in the 4 years since my last visit:

1. Gas is still DIRTY cheap, and I was paying 2.70$/gal... Bitch all you want about it, I was rolling in gas, flooring it at every chance (and I was driving a big ass 4.0L Pacifica, lol)

2. People is fatter than ever, WTF??? Never seen so many electric powered cars outside of a golf course

3. Segways are way cool!!! I want one!

4. Consumer Electronics are GODDAMMITCHEAP... My borther just got a Full HD sony 60' thingie for 2300 $.... A 52' one (not sony) would cost here in excess of 15000 US$

5. Getting into the country took longer than 2 hours (yep, you read that right: 2 FUGGING hours to clear customs and inmigration). WTF??? I may look :mexican: but I ain't no terrorist. The lines were ridiculous long.

6. This Wayne airport in Detroit SUCKS... and the mall that is close by (Southland???) sucks even more.

7. L.A. Fitness, at least to my standards, is a pretty cool gym. And @ 25 $/month a real deal!

8. Did I mention that car AAP bought (Solstice) looks like a Miata in disguise? (with all the connotations)

9. Speaking of cars, DAMN, do you have big/fugly cars over there, and why do you need 27'' chrome wheels on every car??? (pimpmyridewannabees)

10. Oh yeah, Spring Break = Teh Suck (except for the occasional scantly clad teeny frolicking around).
 
Next time come to Colorado. Denver is one of the fittest cities in the nation always. Tons of things to do here. My buddy is an airport manager so you will still have to wait in line though, it probably won't take 2 hours.

Hadn't seen my brother in 6 years orb... family reunion. It was cool though! I got to ride a Harley (first time ever).

Wow, gas is cheap you say. Everyone here bitches about the prices. I actually work for a major oil company so I win on either end. Thank Mr. Chavez for me for the oil he sends my company.

No shit... We'd show him a good time. Denver is just too much damn fun. All kinds of hawt, in shape wimmins everywhere too... Gotta love the whole "athletic Colorado" lifestyle thing goin' on here.

2.70 a gallon is dirt cheap, here we pay 1.20 aus per litre.. theres 4 litres per gallon....
 
I been outside of the US for 3 years, honestly it don't sound like much has changed. used to live in sofla too.
