I know most of you don't lift, but JerkBox is fat, so it's cool. Here's my question: Tomorrow, which is normally arm day, should I just do my normal arm day routine (with pink leg warmers and LA Gear on), or should I just do bb curls and close grip bench 5x5 and get in my missed 5x5 (deadlifts, military press and bench press)? Or should I just come to all y'alls'es trailer parks and kick some fucking ass?
