Yeah out of any diet style it works they best for me hands down. I am crazy person that deals with low carbs really well though honestly doesn't bother me much at all one of my biggest craving is fruit but I got the once a week cheat meal so I will have some fruit then.

No, I use the free access...You can upload one pic and they have a number of options which aren't locked.
