and it SUCKS! I have been unable to workout at even 50% for almost a month now and it looks like its time for a little physical therapy. any suggestions about the physical aspects of this injury, and any suggestions on the mental part of dealing with an injury, since that is going to be the toughest part?

focus on your rehab and do some leg work that doesnt put a strin on the shoulder. You dont want to reinjure it and make it worse. Take your time and feel better...
