It's garbage. You can actually taste if it's bad, but I would'nt even bother. I gave up on Flax oil because it was always going bad on me. Even if the date was good, it would still go bad. Light and warm temps make that stuff spoil. I kept it in my fridge but apparantly something was wrong.
Flax seeds ground up are a safer bet from a spoiling standpoint. That is what I'll use when I get back into the swing of things. They are seeds you grind up and eat.
The oil, if not shipped correctly, will spoil. You need it to be refridgerated at all times. I used to get mine deliver from an online source, maybe that did it. Even if you're getting it from a local store, do they ship it chilled? Who knows... it goes bad pretty easily. good luck
