so hungry after cardio!

i always do cardio am..mix it up w HIIT, interval and brisk walking. I am always so hungry after cardio..its not like this with weights though... i eat practically the same three meals after both workouts, yet seem to be unsatisfied after, if ive done cardio.
Im still cutting so, should i consider taking an antisup or just eat more until im full??
 
Are you taking an ECA stack? If not you could try this before your cardio, it does help suppress hunger. I take Ripped Fuel before my morning cardio and I have to force myself to eat my first meal. But one thing I have notice is that on cardio days I lower my carb intake by 100g, which I think I need to up some b/c I usually feel tired and hungry he rest of the day. Are you consuming less food than on days you don't do cardio? If so you may want to eat more food.
 
ye on cardio less carbs...i also wait at least an hour after training to eat. I think i may take a supp for cardio days only..no need on weight training days
