Facebook was great because it served a purpose. I put my classes in my profile, and could easily find other people in my class if I had a question, couldn't remember someone's name, or whatever. I could see who else was in my major, etc. I stopped using it once it was no longer limited to university students. Facebook is trying to cash in on the Myspace trend, and to do that, they need to expand their audience. So people like me lose out because attention whores like you want to jump on the fucking bandwagon and have 5,000 friends and a "social network" instead of getting the fuck of the internet and out in the real world.

even bigger money is that google trades for 700 a share right now
do you realize what amount of market captilization that is?
so
on one hand I got the company worth trillions betting billions that youtube.myspace etc is the future
and being firstest with the mostest was worth paying a premium to purchase

and all that market money buying into what google does and will do
