yo samoth, I just saw cryptopsy and cattle decapitation last night

I got punched in the mouth at least twice, elbowed in the face more than once. It was good times. I took out a couple people myself though.
 
my hams and glutes hurt like hell.. other than not being able to walk I'm doing pretty damn good.
 
I haven't bee nto the gym since last Saturday :(

Sunday was my scheduled off day, and I've bee nhaving all sorts of funky car rouble since.

I'm realyl hoping to go tonight and finish off strong tomorrow and Saturday to return back to my regular routine on Monday.
 
Now i'm tired... I think I iwll go home and nap

Just ran it now and it picked up a trojan and some other shit the other spyware cleaners missed. Thanks Anthrax.
