Just though I would post my results so far. I am into the 5th week of a 10 week sust 20 cycle. I am taking 250mg every Sunday night. I also started the cycle off with 2 weeks of d-bol at 15mg everyday.

I went from 214 to 228. First 8 was from the two weeks of d-bol.

I wam just going to post my flat bench results, everything has gone up though.

5 weeks ago

135 x 10 (warm up)
185 x 10 easy
205 x 8 easy
225 x 6 easy
255 x 3 little help
275 x 1 with help
205 x 8 easy

Now 5 weeks into this cycle.

135 x 12 (warm up)
225 x 12 easy as shit
255 x 8 no probelm
275 x 4 easy (stuck on 4)??????
300 x 2 1 easy as hell, 2 fingers
205 x 8 easy

Just thought I would post for people interrested in results for my sust 250 cycle. Proof that 250mg everyweek is enough.
 
It is true that just that amount will do some good. It is a great idea to stack a little more when you can, but I like the idea off using smaller amounts and getting the noticable change instead of the drastric change that freaks people out.
 
Why am I getting stronger in the amount of reps and an over all increased amount of weight, but I get the same amount of reps on the 275? It pisses me off.

Mix it up and bump up the weight. Throw on ten more pounds to everything and start bucking that. Maybe less reps but eventually that 275 will be easier. If you have the spotter do negatives with the heavy weight and get used to the breaking point while going down with the bar on the bench press.

Americans are gluttons in everything we do. We eat too much, drive huge SUVs, h-h-hummer, and we use 3 times the gear as most Europeans. Go post some of the cycles you see here on their boards, they'll think you're joking.

Thanks, Hoping I start growing now. I am eating everything. I also want to reach 315 on max flat bench. If I do that without help it would be the strongest I have ever been. I don't think that it is going to be that hard seeing is how I have 5 more shots and sust lasts so long I will be seeing increases untill week 12.

Have you ever used the +50llbs. on your bench in 7 weeks or (14 chest workouts) program? Check it out

Nope. Whats up with it? And what do you think of my chest workout? Everything thing else I do sets of 10 just increase weight.
