Why would you be banned? Do you think you fucked up recently?

You probably just need to re-set the Elite cookie on your home computer. Do a file search on *elite*.txt, you should find two files. Delete them both, then the next time you go to Elite, you'll have to log on manually and enter your password again. After that it should work just like it always did, Elite will set a new cookie on your system.
